For its part, Ukraine offers significant resource potential, a favourable legislative framework for investors' work and numerous potential “green” projects in different regions”, noted Sergey Savchuk, Head of the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine.
According to the International organisation REN21, China is a world leader in investments in renewable energy sector (large HPPs of more than 50 MW excluding). Thus, in 2016 China attracted 78,3 bln USD in “green” projects.
