UWEA Charter
The UWEA Charter is an established set of rules that regulate the legal status of the association, relationships related to its internal management, and rules for interaction with other organizations, institutions, and individuals. On July 22, 2025, by decision of the General Assembly of UWEA Participants, amendments were made to the UWEA Charter aimed at adapting the association to new legislative requirements and expanding its scope of activity to include energy storage systems and distributed generation.
UWEA CODE OF BUSINESS CONDUCT AND ETHICS
UWEA Code of Business Conduct and Ethics – a set of corporate ethics and business conduct rules for Secretariat employees, companies that are part of UWEA, and its partners.
In order to effectively and efficiently promote wind energy technologies in Ukraine and unite the maximum number of wind energy market players, we conduct honest and transparent policies for wind energy development, openly interact with government authorities, cooperate with each other on equal terms, adhere to principles of confidentiality, information security and occupational safety, care for the environment, and follow all business and ethical standards of conduct.
Respect for human rights and careful treatment of the environment have been and remain a priority for the association.
Long-term relationships with our association members, business partners, and all stakeholders in the development of renewable energy sources in Ukraine are the foundation of our activities!
