ENERGY TRADE GROUP (ETG.UA) is a horizontally integrated group of companies that has been operating in the Ukrainian energy market since 2017 at the intersection of three key energy sectors: energy trading (gas and electricity), investments in green energy (solar power plants, wind farms), providing energy supply services to our end-user customers, ranging from large corporations to households. In the retail sector, ETG.UA is developing a network that has 20 regional offices in Ukraine, providing energy for more than 10 000 B2C clients and 8 000 B2B clients from SMEs to large industrial enterprises, including the public sector and social sphere (hospitals, kindergartens, schools). In the trading sector, since ETG.UA was founded in 2017, 1.8 bln m3 of natural gas was sold as well as 2.2 mln MWh of electricity was sold to end consumers since the opening of the electricity market in Ukraine in 2019. ETG.UA steadily develops its own green projects, investing in wind and solar power generation. 60+ MW capacity of own solar power plants, 260k MWh of electricity generated by our own solar power plants. In 2022 ETG.UA started to implement Wind energy project (Petrivska Wind Farm) in the Petrivska territorial community, Oleksandriya district, Kirovohrad region of Ukraine. The project is being implemented in 2 stages: the first stage is the construction and commissioning of 93 MW of wind farm in 2025-2026, the second stage is the construction and commissioning of 323.8 MW of wind farm in 2026-2028. It is planned that the total capacity of the wind farm will be 416.8 MW, which will produce 1.3 million MWh of green energy. MWh of green energy and reduce CO2 emissions by 1.2 mln tons annually.
