UTA (Urban Technology Alliance) is a UK-based engineering consultancy with 9 years of international experience, delivering strategic support across the full lifecycle of wind and renewable energy projects—from conceptual development through construction, commissioning, operation, and eventual decommissioning. UTA provides Owner’s Engineering, technical due diligence, procurement support, and contract management, while maintaining critical interfaces between client teams and contractors. We apply CPM methodologies to monitor project execution and ensure performance. Our team includes CC-3, GWO, and FIDIC-certified engineers, alongside a fully staffed in-house design review unit.
